DMC Co., Ltd. is establishing a new factory at Fukushima Municipal Shih-Shirakawa Business Park (Shirakawa City, Fukushima) on land adjoining Shirakawa Factory 2 with plans to increase production. Construction is scheduled to start in 2018.

On August 1, 2017, DMC entered into a contract Fukushima Prefecture for the purchase of land to establish a new factory. (DMC purchased 6,293 m2.)
