DMC will exhibit at the 25th FINETECH JAPAN.
As a manufacturer specialized in touch screens, DMC has developed touch sensors, controllers and drivers, and provided a comprehensive support of touch screens.
We will introduce our advanced products in each product category at the exhibition.

In addition to DMC's standard projected capacitive touch sensor: DUS series, We will introduce new types of projected capacitive touch sensors, DUS-x series
-
DUS series
- Glass/Glass structure with ITO electrodes
- DMC's standard type of projected capacitive sensor
- Extensive product lineup
- Great toughness and high UV resistance
-
DUS-F series
- Film/Film structure with ITO electrodes
- Lighter and thinner than Glass/Glass sensor
- Hard to be broken with acrylic cover lens
-
DUS-C series
- Film/Film structure with metal mesh electrodes
- Larger than 32in sizes are possible with lower resistance than ITO technology
- Standard lineup of 32in, 47in, 55in
-
DUS-S series
- X and Y electrodes are formed on one glass
- Lighter and thinner than glass/glass structure
- Narrow border possible with etching technology used for edge wiring patterning
-
DUS-G series
- One-glass solution usually used for smartphones
- Most advantageous in thinness and lightness
We have our original touch controller so that we can fine-tune the controller according to the noise conditions of the usage environments.
Development of the controller has been advanced, and new controller with upgrade performance is coming up.
At th taradeshow, we will demonstrate our new touch controller operating a sensor with a thick covering glass. We will also show 10-point touch, glove input and pen-writing.
Our new touch driver is ready.
At the tradeshow, we will introduce our new driver which can operate both projected capacitive and resistive touch sensors. We will also introduce a special driver function which performs OS functions according to detected coordinates.
Usually, different touch drivers are required for different touch sensor technologies. Our new driver, DMT-DD can operate both capacitive and resistive touch technologies.
If you would like to have multi-monitor with capacitive and resistive touch sensor, DMT-DD is the best driver to use because only one driver is needed for controlling the sensors of different technologies.
If you would like to use resistive touch sensor, and plan to switch it to capacitive sensor in the next model, you would not need to change the driver with DMT-DD.
At the tradeshow, we will demonstrate DMT-DD operating capacitive and resistive touch sensors in multi-monitor environment.
A usual touch driver detects coordinate date according to the touched points. Multi-function driver performs OS functions such as keyboard and mouse according to the detected coordinate points.
