How do I use the action ”Output string of memory to Host”?

I have set the action "Output string of memory to Host" to the PRESS event of the Button but nothing is transmitted to the micro-controller when I press the button. Are there other necessary settings I need to make?

In order to use the action "Output string of memory to Host", you will need to make the communication setting in addition to the action setting. Make sure the following settings have been made:

1) Select [System Settings]-[Communication Settings (Target)] from the top menu of the InfoSOSA Builder.

2) Communication Settings (of Target) Dialog will open.

3) Click the [SIO1] tab. * If using SIO2 for communication, then click the [SIO2] tab.

4) Make sure that the Communication Protocol is set to [Host] as shown below.

5) Next, click on [Communication By Action] tab in the same dialog.

6) Make sure that the Send String to Host is set to [SIO1]. * If using SIO2, then make sure it is set to [SIO2]. This cannot be set to LAN.
